Day 3 was a rough I had to make up 4 miles from the day before. I started at the mouth of the taqumon river and ran to the mouth of the two hearted. I power walked most of the day and got done around 9pm. Nothing like coming in with a headlamp. Well the 3 day is the hardest right?
